Of Annandale, Va., died on Sunday, May 13, 2007 at Fairfax Nursing Center, beloved husband of Dorothea E. Bachert, father of John O. Bachert, III, grandfather of Jonathan and Jason Bachert, uncle of Fred Bachert. Family and friends are invited to
Capt. Bachert's life celebration at the Money & King Funeral Home, 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, Va., on Sunday, May 27th from 2-5 PM. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 29th at 10:45 AM at the Ft. Myer Old Post Chapel. Interment will follow at Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Assoc.
