My deepest condolences to the Loverro family. I will greatly miss John’s friendship, kindness and incomparable sense of humor, and treasure many fond memories from the past 40 years. He will not be forgotten; rest in peace good friend.
To the Loverro family: I was saddened to hear of your too early loss of John. It has been twenty-five years since John and I worked together and I was touched then as much by his good humor and gentle spirit as I was by his art. Over the years whenever I saw John in a chance encounter I did all I could to seek him out, even for a short talk. I always felt happier afterwards. May John rest in Peace. Sincerely, Winston
Our prayers go out to our longtime friends in the Loverro family. I will personally miss the long-term relationship I’ve shared with both John and his family, over the pass 60+ years. He will be missed by many of us daily.
My condolences to the family for your loss, John was taken way to early. While I wasn’t able to make the viewing, I was thinking of the many occasions in the 1970’s-1980’s I interfaced with this wonderful work associate and friend. A real people person, who cared for his fellow analysts, as I found out directly when a member of his branch.

I was so sorry to learn about John’s passing. We worked together many years ago and he was always full of good cheer. My sincere condolences.
I am so sorry to learn of John’s passing. He was such a special friend. When I retired in the late 90’s I am thankful that I was able to thank him for being such an incredible teacher to me. As a result he honored me with a piece of his art. He was a gentleman with quite a sense of humor, which will be missed. I will never forget his teaching me how to be a truly wonderful manager. At one point in his career he was provided a worker whom he was told was being given their last chance to succeed. I had witnessed this happen to others, and always watched that person being watched and spied on until they failed. But with John, I watched him give this person an important job, make sure they had all the resources they needed to do the job, and then leave them alone. I watched that person blossom into a wonderful contributing member of the team. I have never found a another manager to be his equal. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you.
