I am very sad to hear of Mr. Gamble’s passing. I worked for Mr. Gamble from June 1, 1967 until July, 1988 in the Controller’s Department. When I was a supervisor of FEP accounting, Mr. Gamble would call me directly when he had questions or concerns. His example of going directly to the person doing the work was used by me for my entire career. My bosses were not so thrilled. He asked me to call him “Joe” on occasion, but still today I call him Mr. Gamble. To his Family, I am truly sorry for your loss.
