Q: What will you never forget about Joyce?
A: I have such fond memories of sharing lunches in Boston while I was working in the North End and you were along the waterfront. We shared great conversations and many laughs. We had great times with Mary and Claire at any number of impromptu gatherings. It is hard to believe that you have left us so soon. Rest easy my friend, your burden has been lifted,

RIP, Joyce. You were such a good mom, always looking for the best opportunities for her, fiercely protective. You were a great friend. You always saw the best in people. You never judged anyone. Thank you for teaching me how to drive in an empty parking lot in California and taking me to NY to spend Thanksgiving with your family when I didn’t have anyone here. Thank you for celebrating my boys’ births, telling me all the time how beautiful and smart they are, and always showing up to Lucas’s birthday parties, even with a blizzard advisory. You will be missed by so many people.
You will always be that girl who brought out the fun. I have so many wonderful memories of you, locked in my heart ❤.
I hope to be able to dance in our, “crazy clothes”, once again in Heaven.
Love you so much,
Kimberly Peterson
