Joyce L. Noe

A longtime resident of Vienna, Va., died on Sunday, November 25, 2007. She was the beloved wife of the late Frederick L. Noe and the mother of the late Patrick E. Hagan and the late Michael W. Noe. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Having worked at the Vienna Community Center for over 20 years, I came to know Joyce very well. I will always remember her for her strong spirit and fun loving ways. I will miss Joyce, as I know many people will. I am glad she is out of pain and resting in peace.
