In Loving Memory

Judy F. White

May 6, 1943 – January 2, 2024

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Judy F. White, who departed this world on January 2, 2024. She was born on May 6, 1943 and lived a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments.

Judy was the beloved wife to John H. Dressendorfer, mother to Ashleigh Soloff and Trevor Soloff, sister to Jeff Fischer, sister in-law to Diane Fischer, aunt to many nieces and nephews, grandmother and great grandmother as well as numerous relatives and friends who will forever cherish the memories shared with her. She will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, sense of humor, resilience, and the lasting impact she had on the lives of those fortunate enough to have known her.

Judy’s career as a Real Estate Agent, Broker, Manager and Executive spanned 41 years. She emerged as an outstanding leader, attaining remarkable outcomes throughout her illustrious journey in the real estate industry. Most recently, she was an active member of the Vienna Presbyterian Church, where she answered the call to mentor those going through divorce as part of DivorceCare Ministry. Providing guidance, strength, and love to those suffering was one of the many beautiful traits she exhibited.

The memorial service to celebrate Judy F. White’s life will be held on January 13, 2024 at Vienna Presbyterian Church, 124 Park St NE, Vienna, VA 22180 at 2pm . Friends and family are invited to join us in remembering and honoring the beautiful soul that was Judy.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Vienna Presbyterian Church, in memory of Judy F. White. Please note DivorceCare Ministry in the memo line.

Her Journey’s Just Begun

Don’t think of her as gone away-

her journey’s just begun,

life holds so many facets-

this earth is only one. . .

Just think of her as resting

from the sorrows and the tears

in a place of warmth and comfort

where there are no days and years.

Think how she must be wishing

that we could know today

how nothing but our sadness

can really pass away.

And think of her as living

in the hearts of those she touched. . .

for nothing loved is ever lost-

and she was loved so much.

Guestbook

  1. Over the past sixty-some years, Judy kept the Class of ’61 at George Mason together with her news, and reunion info. I was hoping to see her this June for our reunion in Falls Church. Rest in peace, Judy.

  2. My wife and I met Judy at VPC. She was incredibly dynamic, upbeat and always willing to help others. We will miss her.
