Judy Catherine Worsham of Fairfax Station, Virginia, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2026, in Raleigh, North Carolina, at the age of 82. She was welcomed into heaven by her beloved husband, Bill Worsham, with whom she shared a lifetime of devotion, laughter, and unwavering love.
Judy leaves behind her son, Kenneth Worsham, and his wife, Christine; her cherished granddaughter, Meghan; and her treasured grandson, Nathan. Her family was the center of her world, and she poured her heart into every moment she spent with them.
Born on September 25, 1943, in Arlington, Virginia, Judy was the beloved daughter of Pauline Helesley Baker. She graduated from Lee High School, where she met the love of her life, William “Bill” Worsham. Their 60-year marriage was a testament to partnership, loyalty, and a deep affection that never wavered.
Judy had a gift for finding joy in life’s simplest moments. She loved to travel, especially when it meant creating memories with her family. Time with her grandchildren brought her immeasurable happiness, and she held a special fondness for visits to the beach — a place that always felt like home to her heart.
Those who knew Judy will remember her gentle spirit, her quiet strength, and the warmth she brought into every room. She lived with gratitude, kindness, and a deep appreciation for the people she loved.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Dementia Alliance of North Carolina in her honor.
