Justin Lee Middlebrook, age 21, died on Sunday, August 5, 2012 at Fairfax Hospital. He was the beloved son of Dorothy Burak, the brother of the late Steven Lee Glasco, Jr., the grandson of Carolyn Middlebrook and the late William Middlebrook. A memorial service is planned for a later date.
