Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing. He was a valued colleague and will be remembered for his professionalism, generosity, and the respect he showed to everyone. My sincere condolences to his family.

  2. My sincere condolences to Zand family and all his colleagues and friends at USPTO and especially at IPSIA.
    Kambiz was always a source of good thoughts, good words and good deeds. He was always kind, positive,
    frank and honest to his beliefs and principles. We all at IPSIA did in fact witnessed his instrumental role for
    invitation and presence of late Professor Reza, a distinguished Iranian Scientist and Scholar, here at USPTO, year 2016. I am sure there are much more fond memories about our dear friend who left us too soon.

    Sincerely,
    Reza Asdjodi.

    Eternity! – for it we find no key;
    Nor any of us past the Veil can see.
    Of Thee and me they talk behind the Veil.
    But when that parts, no more of Thee or me.
    Omar Khayyam.

  3. Dear Mirjam

    Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. Wishing you strength and comfort.

    Best regards,
    Donya

  4. I am so heartbroken over the loss of our dearest Kambiz. He was an amazing mentor, but more than that he was an amazing, kind-hearted, intelligent person who sincerely cared about all of us who were lucky to be considered his friends, coworkers, and his family. I learned so much from him and always felt so encouraged by his kind motivational words. I’m so grateful that I got to spend so many years with my office just a few doors down from his. He always had an open door and was always willing to share his expertise to help guide us. He was truly one of a kind and will be missed dearly. My heartfelt condolences to Kambiz’s family, as I’m sure you all feel a void in his absence – it’s impossible not to. Wishing that your beautiful memories with him will fill your hearts with love and strength during this difficult time. May he be in peace. Sending you all lots of love.
