Kitty was my Mother-In-Law, and she gave me a sign for Christmas one year, reading “How blessed I am, how fortunate I’ve been… that you are my Daughter in law and also my friend!” I will miss her very much.
Kitty was part of my life growing up through her great and long-lasting friendship with my mother, Ruth. Memories of her pop up throughout my life. She was a wonderful person, who will be missed.
We met Mrs. Buckman at John and Barbara’s wedding. She was a very nice lady.
Our memories of kitty are many. Kitty and our mother Ruth had been friends all their lives. We will especially remember many good times at the river catching and eating crabs.
Aunt Kitty was, hands-down, the nicest, sweetest person I have ever known in my lifetime. I only have a few childhood memories of her. I will always remember her as soft-spoken, kind-hearted, pleasant, loving, upbeat, caring and wonderful woman to be around. I remember that the sound of her laugh was always comforting to me. I regret that I was not lucky enough to spend more time getting to know her as a person. That is my loss. Aunt Kitty, I love you and will miss you forever. Much love from your pesky niece, Brita
