I have worked at the Vienna Community Center for over 20 years, and got to know Jenny well from her attending Jazzercise. I will always remember Jenny for her positive outlook on life, and how she loved her grandchildren. We will miss her very very much. It is an old saying, but truly she is in a better place. May the family gain strenght from this. Nancy Riddel Veinna Community Center
We enjoyed seeing and talking to Jenny at the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department Bingo every Sunday. She always had a friendly smile and was a pleasure to purchase instant tickets from her. She will be missed very much. May she rest in peace!
Gil and Beth. Our prayers and thoughts are with you. Genny was a terrific person and will be sorely missed. Please let us know if you need anything. Best regards, Michele & Sandy
My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort and please be assured of my prayers for the repose of “Genny” soul
Gil and Beth, Genny will be deeply missed by all who loved her. She was one of the finest friends a person could have and I feel honored that she counted me among hers. Kathy Hurley
Genny was a wonderful friend and will be missed. Sharon
As a loyal TOPS member for so many years, Genny was a tower of strength, a fount of information, and a really sweet person to be around. She was helpful in all our TOPS endeavors and she will be missed, as a TOPS member, our Area Captain, and as a friend. Bless her for all she did, for so many people. Martha S. Johnson, Leader, TOPS#VA1, Annandale
Dear Gil, Beth, Tom, Jack, and Libby, Although I haven’t had a chance to meet you, I feel as though I know you all through Genny’s stories about you and the pictures of her grandchildren which she proudly shared every time we got together. The Virginia TOPS Field Staff will never be the same, but we have all been touched by her in so many ways. She will be missed greatly. Barbara Simmons TOPS Area Captain
Gil, Beth and Family May you find comfort in knowing Ginny is with God resting in perfect peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of sorrow. Phil,Betty,Robin & Patrick McCormick.
Dear Gil and family, I miss Genny so much.I had hope for her recovery. She left us too soon.My only consolation is that she stopped suffering.
Gil and family I got to know Genny over 10 years ago from our Jazzercise classes and enjoyed talking with her. We often talked of her grandchildren and my kids as they were the same ages and how Libby and my younger daughter were similar in personality. You could tell she loved them very much. I will miss our conversations. It’s nice to know she’s at peace now. Love, Sharon Kaup
I have been in Jazzercise with Genny for many years. My memories are of a smiling, ever pleasant, warm, caring individual, who spoke lovingly of her husband and family. I consider her a good friend, and her friends were many and devoted. She bore her illness like a soldier. Her attitude was typically Genny—strong and perseverant. She was a model in how to handle adversity with dignity. She is, and will continue to be missed. I wish to extend my deepest sympathy to her family.
