Parsons); grandfather of Joseph A. Parsons, Amanda J. Flint and Michael J. Parsons and great-grandfather of Richard Parsons, Joseph Parsons, Jr., Megan Parsons, Kylee Flint, Macy Flint, Jake Flint, Lane W. Parsons IV, Michael Parsons, II and Natalie Parsons. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Elizabeth Ann Parsons and his grandson, Lane W. Parsons III.
