Leticia Jornale Alvarez, 64, of Vienna, Va., and originally of Naga City, Camarines, Sur, Philippines died on Sunday, July 24, 2016. Beloved wife Ramonet Alvarez; mother of Monica J. Alvarez; sister of Avelina Vitug and sister-in-law of Teresita Jornales. She i s also survived by her nieces, nephews and brothers and sisters in the Philippines.
