LINDA LOU PROCTOR

She was born on February 24, 1957, and was predeceased by her parents Tom and Peggy Proctor.
Linda was survived by her two sisters Kathleen Ray of Damascus, Maryland and Susie Smith of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Linda moved to Vienna in 1982. Dear Tara and Travis, Bryan, Benjamin, Natalie and I are just heartbroken over Linda’s passing. She was generous with her love and time to others and loved you two so VERY MUCH! When she came into our home to help paint a room, she (and you two as well) came into our life forever. She always had a hug and a ready smile and laugh. She couldn’t have been prouder of you two. She always lit up when she talked about you two. I will never forget her. You always have a place in our home. Love, Laura
Thinking of you and your family.
Such a happy joyful person that had a smile for everyone she met. Our thoughts and prayers are with her and the family at this most difficult time. She will be missed.
Billy, I just heard about Linda. We’re so sorry for your loss.
My heartfelt condolences to Tara and family! I have fond memories of your mom and her smile during college at JU. Prayers for all!
We met Linda as clients when we hired her for a painting job when we moved back to our house in Vienna from overseas. Due to her outgoing personality, we became friends. Jim and I are deeply saddened by Linda’s passing and feel the world is a little less bright. Our deepest sympathies to her family.
Travis and Tara, I was shocked and saddened to hear of the sudden death of your mother. I first met your mom when both of you were in school At Vienna Elementary. She did lots of beautiful work at our home. She was one of the kindness persons that I have ever met. You two were the light of her life. She even designed and decorated a wall in my first grandchild’s room as a gift to my daughter. The entire town of VIenna has lost a wonderful person. Your mom knew and was loved by everyone in this town.
Dear Family, I first met Linda when she came to Lewes Delaware. My husband and I became her friends and always looked forward to when she came to town. Her loving ways brought everyone together. Her back yard is directly across from mine and I will forever miss her and our “signal of the open curtains to let each other know we were home.”
Tara, There are no words to express my thoughts and sadness. Your mother was the kindest, most upbeat and supportive mom out there. I have such fond memories of her from high school through my own wedding. You must know that you and your brother were her most proud accomplishments. Everything she did was for you. I am here if you should need anything. I love you and promise to help to carry you through this rough time. Kim
Billy- Linda will be remembered for her Joy of Life, and for her deep Love of you, and others. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her, or even spent an hour with her. You can be sure that she was blessed and has now claimed her great reward, and has found everlasting Peace. All our love- Bob & Shannon
