Lois Ann Rideout Andreano of Reston, Virginia passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2009 at Reston Hospital Center after a brief illness. Survivors include her husband, Joseph Andreano; sons, Christopher Andreano of Richmond, Virginia & Michael Andreano of Reston, Virginia; daughter-in-law Katie Andreano & granddaughter Ashley Andreano, both of Richmond, Virginia.

The world has lost a sweet and generous person. We are so saddened to learn that Lois is gone. She and Joe have been the best neighbors. Our condolences to the whole family. Myrtle Lane will greatly miss Lois.
The Iascone family – Nick, Rhoanna, Joanna and Aunt Catherine – share the sorrow in the passing of Lois. In Lois and each Andreano there is a common history with the Iascone family. We will miss her.

Andy, we worked together at Peace Corps and OEO IN THE 1960s. I met your wife then. Please let the memories of your long and wonderful marriage sustain you and your family forever more.
Her kind spirit will live on. We are all better off to have known her.
I will certainly miss the humorous emails and occasional chats but know Aunt Lois is in a better place watching over us with my dad.
I remember Lois fondly from Bartolomeo/Andreano family gatherings. My condolences to Joe and children. I will keep you all in my prayers.
