Your brother Tommy and Diana
He was the type who was always happy to see you and always quick to share a laugh. The type who could make you smile just by thinking about him. His laughter was infectious and his love was inspiring. We love you miss you greatly Uncle Louis but we know you are in a better place.
Louie gave much of his time helping others at the Unity Club in Falls Church, VA, sharing his joy and life in sobriety. Louie’s baritone voice and spirit embraced the hearts and souls of so many of us who really needed it. The Unity Club and all of Louie’s friends will miss his laughter, smile, joy of living and the sharing of his wisdom and experience, Rest in Peace old friend!

Luis was such an energetic and loving guy. I’ll never forget the joy he brought to a room. Most of my memories were at family gatherings at Lilian Rios’s house with him. I looked forward every year to sharing dinner with him and watching Thanksgiving football with him.
Rest in peace my brother.
Rest in peace my friend. You always made me laugh and I will miss you 😢.
It’s always difficult to lose a family member but to lose a sibling is heart wrenching. Although we didn’t know Louis personally, we know David, and after reading the obituary, we realize his kindness and welcoming smile must be a Rios family trait. Condolences to the family and prayers for healing.
Rest in peace, my sweet cousin, you will be missed🙏🏻🙏🏻💔
