Luvenia Paylor, of Oak Hill, Virginia, died on Thursday, July 9, 2009 at Fair Oaks Hospital. Wife of the late Lloyd T. Paylor; mother of Troitino A. Bingham (William) & the late Garland Paylor; grandmother of Solina Richards & Tamara Arrington. Also survived by many other loving family members.
