Of Fairfax, VA, died on September 13, 2012 at The Virginian. Loving wife of the late Herman Hull Stone; devoted mother of Patricia "Patsy" (Josip) Soln and Richard (Joan) Stone. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Helen Soln, Heather (Eugene Drozdetski) Stone, Edward (Julie)and Eric Stone, and 1 great-grandson Jack Hudson Drozdetski. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Dr. Herman H. Stone Medical Library, 7117 Brockton Ave, Riverside, CA 92506. Interment will be held at the Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, CA, at a later date.

Nobody ever read as many books as my Grandma Marie! She taught us all a lot about authors and literature. She’s probably reading wonderful books somewhere nice now. She was also a fantastic nurse and taught us that medicine is a noble profession. We’ll miss you grandma, you were a beautiful, classy and intelligent lady!
