Of Reston, Virginia died on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at her daughter's home, with her family by her side. Loving wife of the late Ladino Dan Cavallini; devoted mother of Nat (Carol) Cavallini, Joyce Cavallini and John (Claudia) Cavallini. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Melissa (Jeff) Voivoda, Laura (Ryan) Young and Evan Cavallini; and three great-grandchildren, Luke and Nick Voivoda and Emily Young. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Deacon's Fund, Reston Presbyterian Church, 10610 Sunset Hills, Rd., Reston, VA 20190.

Dear Joyce, I decided to try and look you up because i’m on furlough (HMA) for a few months and will be speaking at Soriggs Rd. Pres.church this coming Sunday:may 8 and would love to see you. When searching for your address, I saw this memoral about your mother. The photo is just how I remembered her. She was so very warm and kind and treated me like family even though I was only in her home a short time. I’m sure you miss her greatly. So nice you could care for her at home till the end.

Will never forget how without me even knowing you you sent me a generous gift after I spoke briefly at Reston church back many years ago.
