Michael F. Pavlak, age 62, of Reston, Virginia. Died on Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at the Reston Hospital Center. Beloved husband of Catherine Pavlak. Devoted father of Matthew and Jennifer Pavlak. Son of Frances and the late Matthew Pavlak and brother of Cindy and her husband Paul Muzyk. In lieu of flowers, the family would like contributions to be made to: Memorial and Tributes National Capital Area Council BSA, 9190 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, MD 20814.
