Michael Lee Cooper, 57, of Vienna, Va., passed away on Monday, July 13, 2015 at Fairfax Hospital. Beloved husband of Cathy Chapman; son of Judy Cooper and the late Roy Lee Cooper; brother of Lisa DeSpain (Chris).
