Dear Pam, Thoughts and prayers are with the you and your Mom and your Family. Respectfully, Kevin
GOD put you in my path for a reason. I was heart broken when I found out HE called for you to come home. It was a true blessing to know you. Family, stay strong. You will see each other again! Susan McGinnis NOVA Colleague
A recalcitrant boy was I, one in need of acceptance in a new environment. You and Gene welcomed me with open arms and gave me direction, for that I am thankful. The man I am now is a result of your influence. Although time has passed, I have thought of you and your family many times throughout the years…it saddens me that I did not make greater efforts to remain in touch, however, please know that you were loved then as you are loved now…I shall be there to see you off to heaven.
Andew, your mother is resting in peace now, she has had a real ruff go at it in the past years. God bless your mother, peace be with you. Barry
I have only very fond memories of Miriam . . . she helped me through so many “situations” in my early years at NVCC. The very thought of her frantically searching for something at her desk, just makes me chuckle. I have thought of her often because she was so sweet ( . . . to me, for sure!)
To the family of Ms. Wimberly: May our God of peace and comfort give you strength during this time of sorrow. Isaiah 41:10 “Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God….”
As an Adjunct Professor at NVCC-Annandale in the Fall semester only, Miriam helped me immeasureably and in good cheer with getting needed materials and forms for the semester. She helped many of us and always stayed later because she knew the evening professors would be needing her help. I miss her! But, please know that she did her job well for many years and was very kind and earnest in her work. Respectfully,
