Octavio Portu, Sr. On Thursday, March 1, 2007, of Fairfax, VA. Husband of the late Pilar Portu; beloved father of Octavio Portu, Jr., Minneapolis, MN, Teresita Mancusi, Oakton, VA, and Ana Larkin, Pittsfield, MA; brother of Luz Garcia, Miami, FL, and Josefa Perez, Gainesville, VA. Also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Friends may call on Sunday, March 4, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Money and King Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mark's Catholic Church, 9970 Vale Rd., Vienna, VA. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, if desired, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
