Bill and family, I just want to express my deep sorrow for your loss. Bill, I know she was your ‘rock’. Thankfully you have your family and many friends for support at this time and we are here for you.
Bill and family We are sorry for your loss. Orla was one of the greatest people we knew. We will miss her much. Our thought and prayers are with you.
Bill and Family, We are so sad for your loss. Orla was a very special lady. We’ll always remember her wonderful “smile” and her special love for all of her family. May you find some peace and comfort in your many fond memories of Orla. Memories keep us forever close to the ones we love.
Dear Bill and Family, I am so sad and sorry for your loss. I have many special memories from your visits to Minnesota. Orla was one of a kind. She loved her family more than anything. I will miss her smile and laughter and how she always called me “Sweetie Pie”. May God be with you in this time of sorrow.
Hi Bill, Kathy, and Julie! We are so sad about Orla. What a great person–(my other sister). Howard is broke up. He will get through it. Love you all, Lavanelle & Howard
Bill, Kathy, Julie and families, Our deepest sympathy to each of you. Orla was such a special aunt and person. We’ve always enjoyed visiting with Orla and you, Bill, when you came to Minnesota. We are so grateful that God has given each of us special memories of her to cherish and hold close to our hearts. May God wrap you in His arms and give you the peace that only He can give.
Dear Bill, Julie, Kathy and family, Its 6 a.m and I have just heard the news. My heart goes out to all of you. What a special, special person Mrs Orla Powell was – so wise, so loving, so beautiful, both inside and out. Living next door to you all was a blessing in those turbulent teenage years as she never failed to provide a warm and welcoming smile, usually accompanied by a hug and a popsicle, whenever I knocked on your door. Even if it was for the sixth time that day. A smile she kept throughout all the years and eventually beamed on to the next generation of visitors at her door – my own little girls included Just being around your mom always brought me such a peaceful feeling – basking in the happiness she so obviously felt simply by making her family happy. Thinking of you all with love and sadness , and gratitude that I had the opportunity to have known such an angel – DoDo
Dear Powell Family, Orla has a place in everyones heart that knew her. May she rest and be free of any stress, please know that she will be sorely missed by her friends. She’ll always be with us in spirit. God bless her and your family. Sincerely, Bev & Mac
