I am so sorry to hear that Brian’s dad passed away. He was always a delight to be around and one of the best bakers I have ever met. I truly enjoyed his company and will miss him.
Mark and Brian, we are so sorry to hear of the loss of your dad, Orval. He was a good friend to us for many years, and we will miss him. Rest assured that he is celebrating with your mom and all the saints in heaven. God bless,
Mark, So sorry on the passing of your Dad. You have been a good son to your Dad and Mom, it will never be forgotten. I will always remember your parents coming over to my house. Looking over all the work you were doing to the house. Good Memories! Take care, Joyce
Mark and Brian, We are so sorry to learn about the passing of your dad. Your parents were such wonderful people. You have our sincere sympathy. Vivian and Lino Puricelli
Thank you to the Kerchner family for sharing their wonderful father and brother with our team of CAREgivers. Each member of our team grew to love his great sense of humor and kind heart. We enjoyed learning about his volunteer and teaching work, his history with feeding hungry children throughout the US, and his devotion to the girl who became his beloved wife, after that fateful meeting at the Indianapolis Symphony. We were blessed to know him and will remember him with love. We also cherish the extraordinary way in which Mark watched over him and cared for him through his long journey. We are comforted with the knowledge that he has gone home.
Orv, and his family, were unique friends and will be very much missed. Actually, I had wondered why I had not heard from him this last year. We were part of his Minnesota connection, having met him when he was Sunday School Superintendent and my former spouse and I were SS teachers at a Lutheran church in St. Paul. He, Margie, and parents Guy and Emily became very special to us, and in fact, my spouse was best man at his and Joanne’s wedding. My sincere condolences to Mark and Brian, whom I only met when they were very little, and to Margie and Steve, whom I have not seen for more than a few years. Alas, time is neither kind nor forgiving.
Sorry to hear about Orval. We appreciated his coming to our group in Baileys Crossroads. He was a dedicated caregiver. Sorry I cannot attend because I also am a caregiver. Hope we will see you soon.
