Patricia Smith McLaughlin, of Vienna, Va., died on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at Fairfax Hospital, beloved wife of Thomas Earl McLaughlin, LCDR, U. S. Navy, (Ret), mother of Thomas Patrick McLaughlin and Michael Alan McLaughlin, sister of Michael Kennedy Smith, grandmother of Rebecca Lee, Nathaniel Paul, Aaron David and Joshua Kyle.

I will always remember Pat for her contributions to and leadership of the quilters of the Fairfax area. She had a warm and welcoming spirit that will be missed.
