Paul was a good friend and we got together for lunch. He called me Sunday evening for heip with his wheel chair. I drove from Springfield to McLean and met with him. He wanted me to help with his wheelchair tires, which I did. On leaving I asked if he needed anything else, his reply was that I was a true friend. I thought he had been crying since his eyelids were red. I wrote down my phone number and told him to call me. Ray Fowler
