Beloved husband of Alice H. Woods; loving and devoted father of Robert Woods (fiance Meghan Posch), Ginger (Chris) Katz, and the late Carol Cohen and Rick Woods. Also survived by son-in-law Gary Cohen and daughter-in-law Susan Woods; brother Robert (Alex) Woods; grandfather of Edward, William, Kevin and Mo Katz, Chelsea, Seneca and James Woods.
Mr. Woods was a longtime member of the Westwood Country Club.
