Phillip Easton Blake, age 91, of Rockville, MD, passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2016. Loving husband of the late Mary J. Blake; devoted father of Shirley Bridges and Linda Hudson (Mickey); cherished grandfather of John Maxwell, Anita Rose, Sherry and Michelle Powell; loving great-grandfather of Rachael Branscome and Salene Rose; and beloved great-great-grandfather of Gregory Leslie-O'Neil, Haylee Branscome and Brent Branscome. He is predeceased by his son-in-law, Bennie Bridges. Relatives and friends are invited to Phillip's Life Celebration at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 West Maple Ave., Vienna, VA on Thursday, October 6 from 1 p.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Flint Hill Cemetery. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society.
