Passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Leslie H. Mains; loving mother of Rebecca Mains, of Omaha, NE and Lori and her husband Paul Crumbliss of Aldie, VA; daughter of the late Otto and Rose Pavel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Phyllis adored children and was an elementary school teacher in Omaha, NE for 42 years.
