  1. Granddaddy, We will miss you. Thanks for everything! Tell Grandmother Hello for us. Love Always, Stephen, Kelli, Maddox and Marshall

  2. I am saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Lacy. He and I have had many wonderful chats in the five-and-a-half years that I have served as Calvary’s Church Administrator. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble – Psalm 46:1

  3. Ralph Lacy was at every early service I attended. I appreciated his service to Calvary and his calm and friendly presence.

  4. Ralph Lacy was at every early service I attended. I appreciated his service to Calvary and his calm and friendly presence.

  5. Mr Lacy…….Ralph, I was so sorry to hear of your passing. I know I am not alone when I say how much the neighborhood misses you. You were always around to lend a hand, look out for someone or just a friendly wave. You were such a wonderful neighbor to my mother while she was living and you continued to be after Tommy and I moved in. I cherished the old stories you would tell about my mom and dad that I was too young to remember. Vienna lost a true pillar of the community today and for that we are all saddened. Loretta, please find comfort in knowing how much your father was liked by all who knew him. Rest in Peace ~ Lisa and Tommy

  6. Very sorry to hear of Ralph’s passing but also confident he is Home now with God. When Molly and I first came to Calvary church several years ago, we attended the early service, before we joined the choir, and Ralph would always greet me, calling me “young man.” He was one of the reasons we ended up choosing Calvary as our church home.

  7. Farewell faithful member of Calvary Methodist Church. Your days of being Head Usher at Calvary are complete. Now may the Lord Himself usher you into His eternal Kingdom.

  8. In loving memory of Great Uncle Ralph. The Lacy Family are in my thoughts a prayers during this difficult time.

  9. We are so sorry for your loss…the few times we were in his company, he was a very likable soul. We know he will be greatly missed.

  10. Ralph was so dependable in opening the church every Sunday in all weather,& greeting people warmly, and we miss him at Calvary.

  11. Mr. Lacy — Mr. Ralph– My sincere consolences to his family. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Mr. Ralph in the early 80’s at the First American Bank of Virginia in Crystal City. I have often thought of him over the years. We would talk, eat lunch outside together; he told me some wonderful stories of his youth, career and family. Ralph was one of the nicest men I have ever met. It was a pleasure to have known him. He will be missed. Lisa Martin Solomons Island, MD

  12. Ralph & Loretta~ You lost your loving Father and like I mentioned to you, our section of Vienna Woods has lost the “Neighborhood Watch” sevice he faithfully gave us.

  13. So sorry I missed Ralph’s service as I was out of town. He will be long remembered at Calvary. Mickey Fuson, Choir Director
