Randall Snow was born in Hollywood, Florida on December 20, 1945 as the first of four children born to Dr. & Mrs. Randall W. Snow. Randall graduated from the University of South Florida where he majored in electrical engineering. He spent four honorable years in the Air Force as Load Master for a C-141 cargo plane traveling all over the globe. His flights included many trips in and out of Vietnam as he regularly flew into dangerous combat zones. Later on he trained in the Air Force to become a skilled professional scuba diver working on diverse projects with the Air Force, NASA and with the State of Hawaii.

After four years of service in the Air Force, Randall commenced a new career as a software engineer in 1975 with Florida Power & Light (FP&L). During this time, Randall worked at the highly secure control center at the FP&L Corporate headquarters in Miami. In July 1980, Randall married Rosemary DeCarlo who then lived in Arlington, VA. Rosemary moved to Hollywood, Florida to live with Randall until 2000 when Randall retired from FP&L.

Randall died peacefully on his 79th birthday in Bethesda Maryland after celebrating an enjoyable birthday party hosted for him by the Brightview Senior Living community. He is survived by his brother Robert, sister-in-law Barbara Teng, sister Deborah Snow Marshall, brother-in-law, David Marshall and his niece, Julie Marshall. Randall’s younger brother Richard pre-deceased Randall, dying in 2016.

Randall will be missed by all those who truly knew him as a devoted and spiritual Christian and a honorable and disciplined gentleman.
