Raymond Slingerman of Vienna, VA died on Friday, April 26, 2013 at his home with his family by his side. Loving husband of 66 years to Joan A. Slingerman; devoted father of Raymond (Chris), Ronald (Julie), Robbie and Roger (Monica) Slingerman. He is also survived five grandchildren, Katie, Gretchen, Veronica, Rynear and Rory. Raymond was a devoted Catholic family man who loved sports, served in WWII in the Army Air Corps and was a founding father and member of Westwood Country Club. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the RSC of San Joaquin, 2339 West Hammer Lane, Suite C, PMB #233, Stockton, CA 95209.

  5. Mrs. Slingerman, Raymond, Ronnie and Robbie, I am deeply saddened at the passing of Mr Slingerman. You guys have been a part of my life for a long time. I was unable to attend the service as I didn’t find out until late the night before. I hope our paths will cross in the near future. Until then I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
