Passed away on Friday, January 2, 2015 at his home in Fairfax, Va. Beloved husband of Cheryl Phillips; devoted father of Stephen Phillips and Jen St. Clair (Steven); son of Alice Phillips and the late Douglas Phillips; brother of Robin Phillips; grandfather of Leah, Kyra and Aiden. Inurnment will take place at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the DelMarVa PWD Club Memorial Fund, C/O Louann Tracy, 612 Hilton Ave., Catonsville, MD 21228 or woundedwarriorproject.org.

God’s purpose for us is to live on the earth forever in perfect health. The Bible mentions a time when the ones who have passed away will rise again in John 5:28,29.
