Richard H. "Dick" Nachman passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at his home in Vienna, Va. Beloved husband of 61 years to Anne D. Nachman; devotd father of Deborah Hammeren (Ron) and Susan Shostak (James); grandfather of David Tripp, Katherine Tripp, Maggie Shostak and Olesya Shostak; brother of Jane Wood.

Ann, Debbie, Susan and families, My heart aches for each of you as the pain of losing someone so close and precious is fresh in my mind. I miss my mother terribly. Dick was such a special friend to Jack and I over the years. We have such great memories of the times when we were all together. I know he’s out there trying to hook that big fish!
So sorry to hear of Dick’s passing. He was probably one of the most admirable persons I ever met and worked for. His talent was above and beyond exceptional. He will be sorely missed. Our condolences, Bud and Dona
Dick always had a caring heart and a warm smile for all. He was very kind and always took the time to work to help in any given situation. Dick will always be remembered and it was such a pleasure to work with him for many years. Our sincere sympathy to everyone in his family.
So very sorry to hear of Dick’s passing. Chuck remembers his high school days with Dick and we always enjoyed being in his company. Wish we could have spent more time with this lovely man.
