Richard J. Weiand, age 66, died on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at his residence in Vienna, Virginia. Beloved husband of Judith B. Weiand; father of Anne Kathleen Weiand Kasupski and the late Kristine M. Weiand; father-in-law of Jeffrey A. Kasupski; grandfather of Kyle Hunter Kasupski and Kevin Alexander Kasupski; brother of Susan Monfre and Eugenia Gletz and son-in-law of Charles Burkhalter. Mr. Weiand was the beloved director of the Handbell Choir and organist for the 10 A.M. Choir at St. Mark Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lombardi Cancer Center, Georgetown University, Office of Development, Research Building, Suite E501, 3970 Reservoir Road, Washington, DC 20057
