Dear Ling & Precious Children, I am Lucy-I have known Richard since he was about 10. I have many happy memories of him and the loving Chiu family.He was always a kind, happy, considerate child and adult.My family and I will always keep him and each of you in our thoughts and Prayers-as he and all the Chiu family mean the world to us. We thank GOD for every moment he was a part of all of our lives.He truly made a difference in the world. And we are thankful he had the happy years with you and his precious children. Dear Chiu Family, My mother was a patient of Dr Chiu’s in Gaithersburg, and I went with her to all of her appointments. Dr Chiu was an amazingly sensitive man, and an enormously professional doctor who was always willing to take the time to share his knowledge of medical issues and the latest scientific research. He loved to talk to us about all of his family, especially his new child, and was so proud of everyone. He left this earth too early, but will be remembered dearly by our family.
