My entire family is so sorry to hear that dear Doc Cantwell has passed away. He was the first person to hire me right after graduating from college in 1975. I worked for him as his dental hygienist for 11 or so years. He was not only a great dentist and employer, but such an intelligent, personable, funny and open person. We all had such good times working together in our office in Falls Church. He had so many interests that he shared with us- nutrition, chess, photography, golf, tennis, travel, etc. etc. We will miss him tremendously. Our thoughts and prayers are with Agnes, Jeff, Ken and all of their families.

Agnes, My condolences to you and the family. I saw the death announcement in the paper. Though I haven’t seen you and Dr. Cantwell since the dental practice on Arlington Boulevard was sold, I still remember you both and want to let you know that am thinking of you at this time. Dr. Cantwell, thank you and rest in peace.
Dear Agnes, from my Cousin Sabine I have got this link. So I heard that your husband Richard passed away. I send you and your Family my deepest condolence. We only met each other in 1979 at our home in Norderstedt, when you were on a Germany trip. Richard made Pictures from the Family Knull. My father Gerhard was still alive. When we look at this Memory-Foto you grow alive in our Imagination. Now we want to comfort you in your time of loss. Our thougts are with you. Love Karin and Henner
