Robert was a good person and will be missed by many! May the Good Lord welcome him to Heaven and bless his family😊
We will miss your quick wit and infectious smile. Fly high Robert, you will always be remembered and loved.
You will be deeply missed, Rob. May you rest in Peace and Rise in Glory. I love you. Sissi
To a man who was sharp, wry, and wildly independent, who took joy in the weirdness of life, and pleasure in the unknown, and to the family he left behind: all my love.
Rest in peace, Rob. In the good times and the bad you were always still my favorite son-in-law.
Robert, It has been an honour and a pleasure to have know you for all these years. I am so pleased we managed to spend some time with you and Brenda last month. Thank you for being the person you are. Love you. Lynne xxxx
My heart goes out to all of Robert’s family. He had a caring heart, and a knowing smile. He was a special friend to me from childhood, into adulthood, and will be missed.
This is such sad news. My heart breaks for the family. I have many fond memories of Robert that stay close to my heart.
My heart goes out to Rob’s dear wife and family. Words cannot express how deeply saddened I was to hear of Rob’s passing. Rob was truly one of a kind. Rob was one of the wittiest and liveliest additions to any gathering, and he could never hide his keen sense of patriotism or dedication and passion for his country. A gifted, talented intellectual, he was the best mentor I could ever have asked for. A kind and generous spirit, he took a chance and opened up a whole new career for me. My family and I will never forget him. May God Bless you richly, Rob, for bringing such joy and being such an outstanding leader and friend.
Larger than life. Funny, loving and kind. I’m so glad I got to see you last month. We love you always, and we will miss you terribly. Love you unc, love kiddo xXx
We had a Blast on so many occasions! Robert, the world will miss you. God Bless
I have so many wonderful memories of Rob and working with him for years at SAIC. We had many long talks on the balcony at 4001, he enjoyed many after hour Scotch tastings with Bill & John. And I can’t forget the weekly lunch “feeding of the ducks” with Ochs & Pappas (no girls allowed)! Every Christmas he would dig out his “Merry Festivus” stick and put it in the lobby. I will miss your smile and laugh and your political views my friend. You are at peace now and with our friend Peter. Love you:) Paula
Rob will be missed for his great sense of humor and honest integrity. Lee
Robert was a great guy.
A genuine nice guy who was taken from us too soon…
Robin and I send our thoughts and prayers to the entire Lowry family, that God may bring you peace and healing as you mourn the loss of Rob. Our hope is that your thoughts of Rob will quickly turn to all the wonderful times had and precious memories made. We remember Rob with great fondness – he was a great guy!
