Robert M. Roth, age 44 of Bristow, Virginia died on Sunday, March 16, 2008 at Prince William Hospital. He was the husband of Tresa R. Roth; loving father of Alexa, Haley, Camryn, Jack and Kyle; son of Mr. & Mrs. Robert J. Roth and brother of Joseph & Jonathan Roth. Funeral services will be held at Fairfax Church of Christ, 3901 Rugby Road, Fairfax, Virginia 22033 on Saturday, March 22 at 10 A.M. Interment Stonewall Memory Gardens. In January 2008, I met Bob in Arkansas while my wife Carol was also undergoing treatments for Multiple Myeloma. Every morning I looked forward to seeing Tresa and him plus it was great talking to someone else from Virginia. Bob and I talked about the outdoors, working out, kids, God, etc. Though I only knew him a short time, I felt a close bond. We talked about biking at Quantico once he regained his strength. He was always compassionate and constantly steered the conversation towards others and away from his own health problems. My heart is sad. My deepest and utmost condolescences go out to the entire Roth family.
I am thinking of you, Tresa, during this time of sorrow. I’ll pray for you and the kids often and with great affection. Your Friend, Lacy Riddle
