He was the son of the late Robert V. and Thelma E. Powell. Loving husband of Linda Lee (Hall) Powell, devoted father of Jennifer V. Lipnickey and husband Christopher and Kathryn V. Powell. Also survived by a sister Priscilla E. Lennon and husband James and son-in-law of William C. and Barbara Hall.
