Ronald W. Penney, age 91, of Oakton and Front Royal, Virginia died peacefully on Friday, March 11, 2011 at his Oakton home. Beloved husband of Sarah "Sally" Penney; father of Ronald W. Penney, Jr.(Janet), John Penney (Nancy), Hugh Penney (Madeline) and Sarah Page (Tom). He is also survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, four step grandchildren and seven step great grandchildren.

Dorothy and I are saddened to hear of Ron’s passing. I enjoyed the many hunting and fishing trips with Ron. He was a good and gentle man.
