My condolences go out to the Peshoff family on your loss. I worked with Roy shortly after he came on board with the agency way back when. I knew him as a gentle and caring soul. After working with him for only a short while, I lost contact with him when he left the agency for a period of time. After that I only saw him briefly when he returned. However, I do know of his reputation as a top notch officer and I wish I could have known him better. I do know he will be missed by many, many of his fomer colleagues and I am saddened to learn of his passing.
Donna: Maryann and I extend our deepest sympathy to you and your entire family on the loss of Roy. He was someone whom I counted on numerous times in my career to take on difficult and dangerous assignments. A true professional and colleague, but most of all a valued and dear friend. God Bless Joe & Maryann Maire
Cindy and I just learned of Roy’s passing. He was truly one of the best in every regard. He was also a very wise man. His life decisions are an example for all of us. Please be assured that Cindy and I are thinking of you and wish you the very best as you move forward. If we can assist in any way please contact us at the email provided or via phone at 603-788-8214.
Our sincerest condolences to Donna and the Peshoff family. Roy was one of the best officers to work with and always a pleasure to be around. Truly, words cannot express the essence of this man. God Bless. Tim and Margaret Shea
Our deepest heartfelt sympathies go out to Donna and the entire Peshoff family. Roy passed away I understand on Thanksgiving Day. I want to say thank you Roy for sharing part of your life with me as a colleague and most of all “special friend.” Roy always had the best interests of others in minf and helped all of those he could. I never heard an unkind word spoken against Roy, on the contrary they were always positive comments made about him. We will miss you greatly Roy.
Roy was an early inductee into my personal Communicators Hall of Fame, a fine man and a good friend. Sharon and I shared many good times with Roy and Donna. Farewell.
Carole and I just found out today that Roy passed away on Thanksgiving day and we wanted to pass along our heartfelt condolences to Roy’s family. Roy was my primary instructor in commo school back in 1981-1982 and he and I ran into each other throughout my 12 years overseas and once I returned to the states. He was definitely a “true” communicator and was a pleasure to have known and worked with. He’s left us way too soon. We’ll be praying for him and the family.
Cindy. Roy was one of the really good guys I had the honor to work with. I remember well some of the fishing trips we made. Always a good time. He will be missed by all who knew him. Bob and Ann Hedberg.

Roy was such a class guy. One of the finest officers I ever served with. He brought me a traditional Mongolian hat from one of his trips, and I think of him every time I look at it. My thoughts and prayers to the family. Ray Fitzgerald.
Roy and I entered-on-duty together and remained good friends throughout the years. I best remember him for his great sense of humor and wonderful disposition…I never knew him to have a bad day! My fondest thoughts are of my old friend on this sad occasion.

Donna and family, Both Claire and I extend our sincerest sympathy on the passing of Roy. Although we havent been in touch for many years, all of you have had a special place in our memories and we have thought of, and spoken of you, often. First tours overseas are usually not much fun to begin with but yours started off with a bit more adventure than most experience. Both you and Roy showed you both had the metal for overseas life and the challenges it would entail. Roys outstanding career proved that point. I am extremely proud to have known and to have served with Roy. God Bless!
Donna, I read about Roy today and I am so sorry for your loss. I often think of my time in the office with you and Roger. Take good care.
