Rusty White died on Wednesday, April 15, 2015. Beloved son of June Mandley and the late Russell White; stepson of Frank Mandley; companion of Victoria White; best friend to Phil Dunn; brother of Sylvia Kinsley and the late John White; stepbrother of Jerry Mandley; loving uncle of Ashley White and John David White II; nephew of Irma and Marcus Clark; Linda and Kurk Turner and Oscar and Mary Schraml. His is also survived by many cousins, friends and his special friend, Diva. Family and friends are invited to Rusty's Life Celebration at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 Maple Avenue West, Vienna, VA on Tuesday, April 21 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM with an American Legion service at 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sons of the American Legion, 330 Center Street, North, Vienna, VA 22180.
