Sarah Ann Smith Phillips, age 81 of Vienna, VA, passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2016. Beloved wife of the late William James Phillips; devoted mother of Elizabeth Phillips Dobrenz (Kurt) of Vienna, VA and Richard Preston Phillips (Diane) of Mount Pleasant, SC, and sister of the late Audrey Smith PerMar. She is also survived by five grandchildren: Elizabeth Dobrenz, Beverly Dobrenz, Phillip Drobenz, Andrew Phillips, and Luke Phillips. Relatives and friends are invited to Sarah's Life Celebration at Vienna Presbyterian Church, 124 Park Street, SE, Vienna, VA on Thursday, December 22 at 2:30pm. Betty Ann and Richard, our love and hearts are with you during this time. It’s hard to remember your Mom without remembering your Dad. I know how in love your parents were and I know they are basking in each other’s love as we speak in eternal life and joy.
