Shawn E. DeLavergne, age 27, of Vienna, Va., died on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at his residence. Loving son of John P. DeLaVergne and Winona (Orlando) Alexis; cherished brother of Gary DeLavergne and beloved grandson of Alice DeLavergne. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, 2 half-brothers and 1 half sister.

  1. I’m finding your passing hard to believe and impossible to bare. You are my best friend, Shawn. I miss you so much and I would give anything to have you back, even for just one more day and one last hug. My heart goes out to all your family and friends who must somehow learn to live a life without you in it. Please know I love you. That I loved you then, I love you now, and I will love you always.

My first born..I keep seeing you as a 3 year old..when we took you and your brother to pet a pet farm..you came around the corner as I was recording you on video..you looked at me and smiled and said I lub you..you couldn’t pronounce you Vs yet.It touched my heart and is forever a vivid memory.You were a beautiful and loving soul..I was so blessed to have been your Mom. I have hope that I will see you again.I have to.I have to.even though I dont really think you will read this..I hope you feel my intent.Love you my baby.
