Of Fairfax, VA, passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2007 at Fairfax Hospital, beloved husband of Audrey E. Ames, father of Kathleen A. Haywood, Laura Ames, Patricia I. Whitney (Donald) and Thomas J. Ames, Jr. (Carmen); son-in-law of Marvel Corkrum. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
