Q: What will you miss most about Thomas?
A: Tom was a salt of the earth guy that you could rely on completely. I will miss his friendship and good humor, especially on the ski slopes. I trust he’s making a lot of great runs in Heaven. Schi heil, old friend!
Tom and I, and three other friends, skied together for 25 years. He was a good skier, and an even better man. He cultivated a gruff image, but beneath that exterior beat a kind heart. Tom could always be counted on when the going got tough. I will miss him a lot. Until we meet again, my friend, rest in peace.
He was a good softball team mate. I always called cowboy for one with the same name from long ago. I’m sure he’ll be on the team when he gets to heaven. You’ll be missed Cowboy. All the best to his family who will surely miss him.
