Vicki Bartz, age 57, died on July 19, 2017 at her home in Fairfax, Virginia. Born August 4, 1959 in Arlington, Virginia, she was the daughter of Fred Moore and the late Barbara Clara Wynkoop Moore. In addition to her father, she is survived by her sons, Brandon Keener and his wife, Bridget and John Bartz; her brother, David Moore and his wife Diane and grandmother of Braelynn Keener.
