William Francis Gavin

William Francis Gavin, age 80, oassed away from cancer at home in McLean, Va., on June 8, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Katherine (Burke) Gavin; three children, Alison Gavin of McLean, Va, Nancy Mills of Missoula, MT and Will B. Gavin and daughter-in-law Vivian (Cheng) Gavin of New Providence, PA; and three grandchildren, Leah (Neal) Whaley, Raina Gavin and Jasmine Gavin. Funeral services and interment will be private. A Memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Friends of Dolly Madison Library, 1244 Oak Ridge Ave., McLean, Va 22101.
